Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching is similar in goal to the family coaching, yet it's done virtually, through weekly zoom sessions. Once I understand your child through our conversations, you will receive personalized tools to tackle the struggles and handle the ups and downs of parenting.  This service is all about giving you the tools and support you need to make family life smoother and more rewarding. It’s designed to help you grow and transform into the parent you want to be, so that your child can grow up to be the adult they are meant to be.
